We serve marginalized communities needing healthcare.
CSNC is a collection of health centers who serve people in a safe and welcoming way. Our collaborative specializes in caring for those that are uninsured, under-insured and on Medicaid with health care and other services that help people get and stay healthy. Our services also reduce pressure on Colorado’s emergency rooms especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
The Communities We Serve
CSNC participants clinics stretch from Fort Collins down to Trinidad, as well as the Western Slope.
Our Collaborative
CSNC represents approximately 40 organizations across Colorado that each provide a safe space to receive care.
What We Do
We provide both technical assistance for community based clinics as well as advocate for the people they serve.
